im week 4 on my test,deca ,first cycle and finnally getting some results..gained 10lbs and my weight have gone up about 20% which is pretty good since i lift pretty heavy for a hard gainer..finnally hit the 200lbs after lottsa hard work.
my friend just gave me a bottle of winny..is this something i might wanna add during or at the end of my 12 week test,deca cycle or would it be better left to another time alone ?? like a few months after my first cycle is completed..any opinions apprieciated

what kind of winny is it? tabs? or injectible? how much is left?

You could use the Winstrol to good effect at the end of your cycle to harden up the gains made by the Test/Deca .

Run it for the last 6 weeks at 50mg/ED.

Like swifto says... 50mg/ED for 6 weeks is pretty much standard. If you don't have enough for at least 4 weeks, don't bother at all until you get enough.

Since this is your first cycle, though, I would leave it for the next one, anyway. But some guys just can't leave it alone... so do what you wanna do, but if you don't have enough for at least 4 weeks and preferably enough for 6 weeks at 50mg/ED, you are not getting the best use out of it.
