I'm Pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help please.
I have just ended this cycle:
wk 1-10 EQ @ 500mg wk
Wk 8-12 Winny 50mg ed.
Clomid started today, 3 days since last winny pills.
Here is my problem,
I am fat as fuck! I gained a shit load of muscle but my waiste and hips and upper body feel alot fatter. My diet is good, i ate alot!!! My stats are 6'4 235lbs 16% BF. I started the cycle at 219lbs 13% bf. What have i done wrong or is this common??? My goal was to cut, which my muscles are way more defined, but my mid section looks alot bigger.
Advise please!

are you sure you ate clean? describe your meals and diet plan.

Hmm sounds like you didn't eat right, I mean like clean foods. If you ate alot of sodium, or fatning foods. that will cause you to bloat. Usuaully on a cutting cycle, you eat less, I mean not so many calories. You sound like you ate like a horse, and maybe didn't eat the right foods? Did you drink plenty of water?

just curious, why did you ask him if he drank plenty of water? I didn't no it affects diet..
I no its help with gains and keeping the body in good health tho.

Diet:
Water- at least 1-1 1/2 gallons day.
Breakfast:
Non fat cottage cheese 2 cups
Wheat toast 2 pieces w/ PB
Glass of milk
Snack-
protein shake
Workout at lunch
After workout snack-
shake
Lunch-
2 cans tuna w/ 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
apple
yogurt
Snack-
shake
Dinner-
Either Bolied chicken or steak
Steamed veggies
Salad
Before bed
shake
Tell me what is wrong with that???????????

did you jump fast into the calories? like did you go from 2000-4000 very quickly? how much steak did u eat?

little cardio if at all. Did 1 clen cycle about 3 weeks ago and little difference. I do not think that shit works on me.

last time i got serious on the carido routine i lost a bunch of my muscle mass. What do you suggest, running, walking, stair master, bike???? How long? How many days wk?

start AM:total 20min-10min jog/10min bike
PM: total 20 min- 10min jog/10min bike
5 days a week.....keep tabs on your bf% weekly....depending on your progress you willl have to tweak it..

Basically my advise to you would be to eat smart foods under maintenance caloric intake. Lower the intensity, up the rep-range at the gym. Larger amounts of volume at higher rep-ranges seem to be significantly less demanding on the CNS, which is an important factor when you are eating minimal calories.

your goal will be to lose 1-2lb fat per week.... without losing mass....you will have to adjust cardio and keep a weekly tab on bf%

Dude, it was the EQ for sure. About 2 weeks into the cycle, my shits was exploding!! My wife couldnt get enough. I think that the idea of having a huge dick makes your drive better all by itself. Especially after you are married and you see the same thing everday.
