Steriod Fatigue?
Is it possible to get fatigue from using AAS?
I'm taking 500-750 mg test-cyp/week 50mg winny ed, 4iu gh 5on2off, my diet is pretty clean and I workout 5-6 days a week for 1-2 hours. ( including cardio). I know GH causes a little triedness, but lately I'm not in the mood as I used to be i'm on week 7, and I expected a huge boost of motivatioin!

i strated out on 500, and the past 2 week bumped it up to 750. i splut up the injections..

I wouldn't fluctuate with dosages like that. What was your reasoning on doing that? What does your cycle look like? How many weeks are you running each?

Well I started out at 500 mg and then at week 5 I bumped it up to 750 and I'm going to stay at 750 for the rest of the cycle. I'm also taking winny at 50mg, and 4iu of gh ed....

sorry,
the test cyp I will run for 12 weeks, I just started the winny last week and will run it for 8 weeks, ( injectable) and I just started taking some arimidex .5 mg ed, and nolva 10mg...
the gh i'm on week 8 and will run it for 10 months.

ok,..are you running the winny later in the cycle @ about week 10? see you could run something like:
1 – 12 Cyp 500mg/wk
10 – 15 Winny 50mg ED
1 – 15 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 15 L-dex .25mg ED and of course proper PCT
IMO you shouldve stayed @ 500mg/wk of Test Cyp. But to answer your "tired" question, perhaps the fluctuation in test intake may be the cause. Also if you feel tired maybe try taking some vit B12, gives you energy but will increas your appetite, wich in this case is good

I'll try the b12, I'm currently taking b6 along with all these other multivitamins..
I just expected a huge boost of energy to lift weights from the AAS,, I know GH causes some fatigue. .maybe that's it.

I sleep 7-9 hours everyday but at the end of the week from working out and stuff, I feel especially burned out.. .
could be overtraining?

I've never taken a week off, I'm afraid I'll get weak and complacent and lazy.
I've been working out hard for 4 months 6 days a week, 2 hours a day.

Sounds like overtraining to me. Personally after 4-5 months I take a week off doing nothing. When I go back to the gym I feel like a million bucks, yeah your strength MAY go down a tiny bit, but you get it back right away. You need to give your body rest and IMO 2 hrs @ the gym is way too long & I train 5 days straight 2 days off, everyone is different but that is what works for me. I spend the most 1 hr 15 min, thats when the gym is packed!

The problem is I'm actually lifting weights for 45 minutes and the rest is watching some hot chicks ass through the reflections of the mirrors while their on the tread mill.. ****ing test gets your distracted with every piece of tail.

OH ok.. the legs thing lol.. here's the deal with that..
I'm ****ing 380 pounds.. and i'm at 40 percent BF, I had a pituatary tumor that screwed me up for 2 years now I"m down 50 pounds and been working out .. the problem is my lower body is allready strong and I have huge calf muscles and...after I get my uppper body back into shape and I drop some more weight then I will go back to legs..
I'm conserving all my energy for upperbody.. when I first started I could barely bench 1 plate.. and now I'm up to 275 after 4 months

the messed up thing is I've been married for 2 years and my wife was used to me having a low testosorone, and below average sex drive and now i'm back in action and she only wants to do it 2 times a week, and if it was up to me 2 times a day is barely enough.. so the gym chicks are looking really appealing lol.

lmao, test is great isnt it? Ok here's the w/o I do, you can use it if you want help yourself, I'll explain the reasoning behind my w.o.
Mon => Chest and tri, abs (rested Sat & sun so your muscles are nice and fresh & tricep is the secondary muscle in the chest w/o)
Tue=> Legs(hams & quads) (to let upperbody rest)
Wed=> Shoulder & traps,abs
Thur=> Back and bi's, calves (bi's are the secondary muscle in the back excersices)
Fri=> endurance or light chest, abs

Since i'm on week 7 of 12 of my test-cyp/win/gh etc..cycle..
well I notice more drastic gains by the end of the 12 cycle or have I peaked at week 8..

You should have noticed the test kicking in @ about week 5-6. Maybe you may not notice THAT much but other people will. Oh I almost forgot your bf% is a bit high so I suggest you eat very clean and do lots of cardio. As for the winny the gains are minimal but are keepable gains, vs other gear

Dude, imagine I dropped my bf to 40 from 56 in 4 months pluss i'm hitting the cardio hardcore with 1 hour a day on the treadmill and 2000 calorie a day.
I bumped the calories up while i"m on cycle to 2500 because I was feeling dizzy.
But anyways, most of my weight is on my gut from the 2 years I had a 40 testosorone level, now it's in the 1000 pluss range, and I'm burning it like crazy..

my dr presecribed me 150 mg a week of test cyp.. but I'm taking more.. then that.. because, I want to get my strength and physque back up..
I know everyone says to loose the weight first but I dont want to look like a smaller out of shape version of me.. I would rather get more muscular, and burn fat simulatanously.. even though it will take me longer.
