Week 1-8 eq 600mg
week 1-8 sust 500mg
week 7-11 winny 50mg ed

Eq + Winny = Cutting cycle
The Sustanon would add some bulk but overall I'd say a cutting cycle.

They can all be used in both the winny can be run at the end of the cycle to increase hardness and some water weight from a bulking cycle.If you were to add D-bol with the EQ and the Sust then I would say it was a bulking
As doofy said it depends on what you cals are like the dosages and your type of training.

I know this question may be for the diet forum but since I started it here, I'll ask here.
If I want to use this cycle both as a bulking and a cutting, how many calories when just using the EQ and sust and how many calories when starting with the winny? Cardio for both? Thanks for your help.
My stats: 5'7 175lbs and about 15%bf

it depends on your diet. if you're eating above maintainance then that would be used as a bulker. if it's below maintainance then that would be a cutter.

Or would you recommend using this as a bulker and when I start the clen (after the winny), start cutting? Thanks for your help

No it doesn't work like that it is either one or the other otherwise the results will not be very good.Use it either as a bulking cycle or a cutting

it's up to you. you'll know more in time with continued usage as to how to best cycle and when to cut or bulk with what steroids . you can experiment with switching from bulking to cutting mid cycle. it works for some people including me. most people have the best results doing an all out bulker and save the cutting until post cycle. you'll never know until you try.

Ummm...I am not familiar with this board but thought I would help out. So I guess "Hello guys". I would not do that stack bro. Depends what you are looking for. For optimal results you want to do either a bluking cycle OR cutting. Never mix the stuff together cause it is a waste of green clean cash. The Sos (Sus however you prefer) will not do anything at all unless you get a good calorie and protein intake. Now the winny and equi will put some mass on you by themselves, but it will be a cut mass. So don't include the Sos cause you will waste it in a cutting cycle. Hence cutting cycle means less calories. I like (My opinion) the Sos and equi for mass building and cut down with Winny and clen totally seperately. There are so many wonderful possiblilities!
