    Pain 5 days later?

I did a glute injection of Test 400 and Deca in my glute saturday, and it STILL is sore today. i have what feels like a nice welt too. THink the welt formed from rubbing too hard? I know the test hurts, but it usually stops being sore around day 3. Myabe i should be gentler next time?

it happens to the best of us, did you aspirate ? possibly hit a vein? could be you pushed the gear through the pin to fast.... ice the area, 20 minutes every two hours you are awake, this will help the pain and reduce the swelling. good luck

Bro, just remember, 1 minute per CC you're injecting as a rule of thumb (and try not to move the pin too much inside the muscle! the head of a pin is sharp as a razor...)

Injecting too fast will almost always result in a painfull inject site.

I mean that if you have 1cc of fluid in the syringe, it should take 1 minute to push the plunger and empty it into the muscle...

    2cc's, 2 minutes...

Nice and slow... gives time to the muscle to absorb and disperse the fluid.

Most of us remember the nurse ramming down the plunger when we'd get immunisations as a kid... why do you think those shots hurt so darn much?

You count 60 seconds to inject all the liquid. You insert the needle and count 60 seconds to put everything in...

I found out the heating pad trick worked wonders. I used to be sore 4 days frmo every prop inject, now its only one day if I use a heating pad for a half hour after.
