Improving joints? anything can be done?
I try to warm up before my routine. I also try not to jerk the weight and stick to proper form. Yet after a few weeks of training it's always the right elbow and left shoulder that always go and it's painful to do any bench presses, tric. exercises (esp. french presses). Is there anything that one can do to improve the strength of the joints? Any supplements? Drugs?
I understand that Deca is good for lubing them, anything else?
Thank you.

Deca and hGH.
murph is right, but those natural remedies take so long to see results....and expensive as hell. Even a mere 200mg deca a week will help a bunch almost immediately....and it's cheaper than G & C.

I use 1.25 rolling papers that have not let me down yet. Always make sure to always grind the bud in a cofee bean grinder if you have or scissors will work just fine.Once it's powdery, roll it tight and you're good to go just watch out for the canoe.

listen to ironmaster......if you have the $$......go with 6iu/day HGH for 5on/2off...
im only 22days out of surgury (platella tendon, torn ACL/medial meniscus) and im recovering so fast. i dont know if it has to do with the condition my wheels where in or the 600mg/wk of nandro im using.......just starting to kick in now at 3wks+
stick with a low dose nandrolone /test stack and let your strength gains come slowly. remember........ligaments/tendons dont grow nearly as fast as the strain we put on muscles demanding higher weight.........
this is why people tear there pecs/etc on anadrol or fina!!!!

You will find it burns better this way.

rest and time off. lower the weights.
deca will only lube the joint and prevent friction. it doesn't actually heal the joints.
hgh will work wonders, but it's gonna cost you a couple of $k.

For your shoulder it can be an inflammed rotator cuff. Try doing external and internal rotations before any exercise. For your elbow place a tennis ball or a softer ball and squeeze it. Take your left hand and place it on the ventral side f your right wrist and push down while pushing up with your right hand. Try physical therapy before you try drugs. Use motrin for the inflammation in shoulder and elbow.

One thing that really has helped me reduce joint pain is making sure I keep the muscles on either side of the joint in balance.
When my shoulder started to cause me pain, I worked the rear delts harder--the pain subsided as the rear delt matched the strength of the front/medial delts.

about the canoe, just brush the joint against your lips a few times. not to make it wet, but to add small amounts of moisture.
You will find it burns better this way.

my knees are shit,I use to walk with a cane. The glucosamine, chondrotin, msm vitamin E and C, really helped. It did take about 6 months though. It sounds like some rehabilition exercises are needed for your shoulder.Rotator cuffs are very easy to injure so warm up slowly, choose exercises that work all three heads of the delts equally, and do a search for physical therapy for rotator cuffs.

One of the best ways to warmup your rotator cuff (I do this before all upper body workouts) is bend over at the waist so your torso is about parallel with the ground, you can bend your legs a bit or rest one arm on a bench even. Let one arms hang down completely relaxed and swing in a pendulum-like fashion, doing large cirlces then small circles then the reverse way. Do this for both arms. Best way to warmup rotator cuff imo. Also you are already probably doing some rotator cuff exercises, shrugs are great for rotator cuff (if done properly).

too many drug responses imo. strengthen the surrounding muscle, especially stabilizer muscles.
