    This is what my supplier has:

    hey brothaz, im looking to lose body fat %. i have been doing extensive cardio about 3 times a week. (2 days 30 mins each day, 1 day 60 mins of cardio), and i work out about 5 times a week. i am on a very strict diet.

    This is what my source has:

    winny tabs
    test enanthate
    clenbuterol (i do not want to take clen )
    dbol
    deca

    I wish he had var =( i been hearing good reviews about that.

    if all u wanna do is lose bf then i'd stick with diet and cardio, maybe add some clen .

    well im looking to lose body fat%, but i also want to gain muscle... i was thinking of taking deca and winny tabs... since hookers steroid profiles are down, can someone tell me about dbol ? what is that mainly used for?

    Why don't you try 60 minutes of low impact cardio in the AM before you eat anything. Keep you heart rate at 65%-70% of max. Do that 7 days a week and get really strict with your diet. I assure you that you will lose bodyfat. No need for drugs. IMO clen is some powerful stuff, I don't like the way it makes my heart race, that can't be healthy.

    dude if oyu wanna run deca and winni in the same cycle i would run deca for eight along side some test for ten, then throw in the winni 9-13. personal opinion but dont ever run deca without test bro

    i try and do all my cardio in the morning. today was my 60 minute cardio and i did that on an empty stomach.. i burned 650 cals... it was a real good workout

    i agree, clen is real powerful, thats why i really dont wanna mess with that.

    Check out the cutting sticky in the diet forum. If you want to lose bodyfat, you should be in the diet forum, not the steroid forum. Good luck.

    yea but im looking to take a type of roid that will help me increase my muscle mass while working out while the fat is being shredded with my cardio

    p.s. i looked at the cutting stick by rambo and it has alot of good info on it

    Isn't that what everybody wants? To gain muscle and drop fat at the same time. Its not that simple, unfortunately. Your diet will be the deciding factor. Good luck.

    Just do test and cut way down on the calories... Test should keep you from losing muscle, perhaps gain a few, but with low calories you should easily drop the fat.
