test and deca for a friend? need a lil imput

hey guys one of my buds is bout to run a test deca cycle and i was wondering if this would be a sufficient cycle for him... k hes done a 10wk 250mgs cycle of test bf and hes done a 300mgs for 10wk test cycle bf... hes almost having the same problem as me with his shoulder that im having with my elbow, just a lil bit of tendonitis and what not so he decided to add some deca, heres what ive got him running check it out and let me no what u think
heres his stats: 6ft 195lbs about 10%bf

(wk1-16 milk thysil 175mgs/ed???)
wk1-14 test e 400mgs/wk
wk1-12or13? deca 200mgs/wk
wk1-16 nolva 10mgs/ed
throughout cycle and pct: vit. b6 200mgs/ed
pct: (this is how both of us have ran our pct our last cycles and been effective)
day1-7 clomid 100mgs/ed
day7-24 clomid 50mgs/ed
day1-24 nolva 20mgs/ed
day1-24 milk thysil 1000mgs/ed
day1-24 trib 5g/ed
day1-24 howthorne berry extract (should be run thoughout cycle as well?)
day1-24 omega 3s (should be run thoughout cycle as well?)
and thougout pct some CEE to help with maintaining gains and strengh

if ive missed anything please feel free to add or give me any imput on this cycle thanks in advance....

looks good but personally i would up both compounds
test 500mg
deca 3-400mg,also i would extend the deca 1 week as this would line both test n deca up nicely for pct.

i figured stoping the deca two wks prior to the test was a must but im not quit sure of that will see what everyone else says and i might let him no to do that, hes got plenty of deca to extend it, thanks for the reply bud

oh and he doesnt wanna run any higher doses than this which is understandable, i might be running this cycle along with him not sure yet though ill see what ppl think bout it first i wanna get it top notch bf doing so

you can stop it 2 weeks before the test mate no worries but you dont have to,the deca has an active life of 21 days and the test e is 14 so if you stop the deca 1 week before the test both will be out of the system at the same time,so then pct can start.

alright cool bro ill be sure and do that i was kinda wanting to anyways but i was just taking proper percautions ya know lol well thanks ill change that up right now

normally i agree with booz on about everything but

me i would stop deca two week's before test but that's just MO

i hate deca and don't recoveer from it well

im runnin a testprop 500mg/w and deca300 @ 300mg/w
almost 2 weeks in
