Cycle Update - Added new pictures in Thread
Started 4/21/05 - 20 week Hgh/Test Cyp cycle, will be taking winny for the 6 weeks. Just fininshed week 3 two days ago, week 4 starts tomorrow.
My goal is to get to where I was 5 years ago 215 10-11%bf
I took some pictures when I first started and here are some current.
Starting stats
4/21/05 - 5'10 210lbs 18.9%bf - 170lbs lean muscle & 40lbs fat
5/12/05 - 215lbs 17%bf 177lbs lean muscle & 38lbs fat
Do you think these are good starting gains for my cutting cycle? Please advise
30 minutes cardio every day, training abs every other day, diet is ok, but getting better. working out 3 on & 1 off

Hey bro nice results, you have good pecs, you should look very impressive by the end of this cycle. I don't think your BF checking method is completely accurate either, you don't look 17% bf to me, more like 12-15% IMO.

nice work. i can tell you 100% that you are no where near 18% bf. I was 17% and know what it looks like and now i am 12% and you look about the same as me. how did you get it measured???

I had the trainer at pure fitness do it, all he used was the calipers, 4 measurements. Thanks for all the positive feedback. I will be post more pics after the 6 week mark. I check my stats every 3 weeks.

But people hold fat in different places. My top abs always show even 9 months ago when I was 223 about 23%bf you could see my top two abs. I hold a lot of BF on my sides, back, chest & arms. What is the best way to get it tested?

I thought the same thing too. my obliques, my lower back, my inner thigh all high in BF but when they use the caliper in like 7 places and use the proper formula cause there is a formula, it is not just an avg of 7 pinches divided up. Mine was done by an ifbb pro and you have to pinch it the right direction on the skin fold and such. I was 26% then 17% and now 12%. You can tell by the face if someone is 18-23%. men hold fat in the face big time.

here is what 26% bf looks like.....
thats me at 26% last year. Talk about a lot of fat in the face!!! this guy is no where near 18.9%.
just some advice too. work on your shoulders and traps to bring them up to par.you got a solid chest, I need to get my chest looking like yours bro. you will make some good progress on this cycle for sure just stick with it.Last edited by Fat Mike; 05-13-2005 at 04:23 PM.

That is a huge change. Way to go!!!!!! You look more than 26% in that picture. Thanks for the advice, that is actually something I have been focusing on. A buddy of mine gave me the same advise.

Cycle Update HGH/Growth
Sorry it took long to get pictures up, these were taken today.
2 months in & 2 1/2 to go
starting stats 210lbs 18.9%bf
Current stats 221lbs 16%bf
Strength in the last month has gonne through the roof was benching 315 1 to 2 times, now doing 7 to 8 times.

Mmmmm....I dont wish to discourage you but given that you're goal is to cut significant fat I'd say you need to sort your diet. You havent said what it is but diet is ALWAYS the key to significant changes in body composition. Strength increases will come from the water retention from the gear, which will be increased further with a diet high in sodium. This is not strength or weight which you will hold when you come off. Cardio is fine but if I was you, I'd seek some advice on diet. Good luck.
