Little help please

My friend bought Test Cyp and since it is in the system longer than Test E does he inject bi-weekly also or just once. This will be his first cycle and he was planning on 500 mg a week for 10 weeks with proper PCT. He is 28 and had 10 years of training experince without the good stuff.

2 times a week will keep blood levels more stable.
my self, I inject every 3 days. but thats just me.
twice a week will do
