dumb newbie question about cardio
is it ok to do cardio right after lifting? will it decrease my size gains? just wondering

if ur goin to do cardio i would suggest doin it seperate from ur lifting. i dont like to do cardio after a workout cause i like to get pwo meal right after i workout. to keep gains up i would keep the cals up.

i've read in some mags that running after your workout can actually not only burn fat but decrease muscle as well. dunno how true it is but it came from a fitness mag

you body will enter a catabolic state if you do cardio after lifting. You need to do it on seperate days or seperate times of the day. directly after lifting you should be drinking your shake not doing cardio.
