    deca ?

    I'm not new to the game just want to get some opinions from some deca pros,alright ,how long should deca be run to acheive the best gains?and no I'm not going too run deca by itself.just want to build a good solid cycle.

    deca kicks in about week 4-5, so I would run it for 11weeks and test for 12

    pros- good gains, lubes joints.

    cons-progestron related problems, and possible deca dick.

    you will have some great gains. 11-12 weeks is fine at 400mg ew..

    This info helps me out cuz i was planning on running Deca too and i was wondering how long to run it aswell ... i was goin to run it with Test E so i should run the test e a week longer then the deca? at 500mg EW

    500mg/week test E
    400mg/week deca

    take clomid about 2 weeks after last test shoot to keep gains

    A popular way is test weeks 1-12
    deca weeks 1-10
