eq dosage...why so high ?

I Cannot understand why everyone seems to recommend such high doses of EQ...i have heard of ppl getting fairly good gains at 300-400mg per week and 400mg of test a week....(steriod novices of course) and running a min 12 week cycle...am i wrong here guys ?

cuz eq has no effect on low dosege...under 400 is no good

i dont think it's fair to say that it has no effect...in fact, depending on your stats and cycle history, it may do just fine...personally, i would keep it at 400mg minimum and the testE at 500mg or more...JMO though...nowadays, i usually run around 600mg/wk with about 750mg/wk of the test

thanks a mil guys...just thought i might be underdosing...since this is first proper cycle (did a bit of Dbol /test before)....

I plan on using EQ @ 600mg EW with 750mg Test E for my next cycle. My friend ran EQ @ 400mg EW and later told me that he wished he would have ran it at 600mg.
