pct - the training
Im in my first week of PCT 100mg/ed clomid // 20mg/ed nolva
Whats the best way to train during pct? HIT? Lighter sets? Same workout?
Also what about diet. Eat the same? Eat more? More clean?

during pct i try to train just as hard, if not harder..and i definitely eat more to try and preseve the hard earned muscle

Going very heavy with a few less reps per set helps me maintain strength during PCT.
