Damn Ajax, give the brother a break. Maybe he didn't notice what he was doing. Our boy is just trying to get advice and you are famiing him for HAVING ALL THE CAPS LOCKED.
I'm not flaming you Ajax...just thought you could be a little more tolerant the next time.

This is stupid to get into it about caps lock..BUT...he had to have noticed it was all in caps and should have re-written it...I dont think ajax was flaming--thats his signature--goes on every post, this is just a post that it pertains to. Back to the real subject---Big Kev...our workouts are very similar and I continue to get solid gains! Just got to UP UP UP the weight!

You should pick up a few muscle and fitness mags and check out some articals on lifting programs.
Asking Big Kev his routine on the AS board is kinda off topic.

It is a great routine. I am following it closely since the end of March and I continue to go up in weight each rotation so far. I am very pleased with the results. Try it our for a few weeks and let us know how you liked it. I can tell you that I am sore for about 2 days, after each bodypart, but feel great and well rested before I hit the area again. I would consider myself a novice at putting workouts together but I am glad I gave this one a whirl.

BigAsHell,
If it was a mistake, don't take it personally! Some people do it by acident and some just don't give a f**k and write crap that people can't read.
I am just trying to get people here to impose a little more discipline in posting readable posts. I guess I see it as a courtesy to those people that want to help others.
Sorry if I ruffled any feathers!
