Test and Joints
There was a post a while back that referenced a study on the effects of various steroids (including test) on joints.
The study basically said that test was bad for joints, but some other steroids were worse (such as winstrol ).
According to the study, there were 4 steroids that actually improved joints-primobolan , deca , anavar , and eq. The eq helped joints the most.
You might search this forum, the study was something to do with "collagen synthesis".

And hGH was the peptide hormone that gave the greatest amounts of collagen synthesis

So do you think it would be a bad idea for me to take 500 ml of test-e for 12 weeks even though I have a compressed disc (L-4,L-5), and a shoulder that has dislocated 6 times? I am able to train still. I have mild problems with my back more than my shoulder.

There is a major difference between deca and hGH as deca tends to lubricate your joints because of the increased water retention by your body. HGH will increase collagen synthesis and may actually cause pain because of increases in tissue growth
