1st Cycle - Requesting experienced opinion

OK - I'm going to start my 1st 12 week cycle consisting of:

500 mg / wk test E (250 x 2/wk)

300 mg / week deca

courtesy of our friends at Oasis.

They have suggested I run 1 "kit" of HCG at week 6 and 1 kit at the end of the cycle. I will also start Nolva on week 9 and run through the cycle and 4 weeks past the end. Is this sufficient? Should I wait till the end and run the nolva after the HCG? Thanks in advance for any input you may have.

Do the test only, if use the hcg do it during the cycle

I agree, 1st cycle use the test only... and if you have a proper PCT in place you wont need HCG ...

heck yea, that is a great start. just combine the HcG with clomid in the end to everything back up and running super quick. you might even want to run some cytadren (two days on two days off) to help combat cortisole... catabolism is a killer post cycle.

Thanks everyone for the input. I wasnt sure if I needed the clomid at the end with Nolva and HCG . Start clomid 10 days after the last test e - right?

correct hcg is not for pct

Thanks guys - I'm pretty sure what they are saying is to run the HCG during the cycle - once at 6 weeks and once toward the end, to kick start natural test production. Then start the clomid 14 days after last injection, so they would not run together. Sound right? Also - would you run nolva throughout this cycle?

Don't do it that way, use it 300-500iu every 3-5 dyas during the cycle

i agree with johnnyb, do test only on your first cycle, because its nice to see how one would react to any certain chemical. also diet is extremly important, please dont ingnore your diet, there are great sticky;s on here for your diet. by the way if you follow everyones advise your first cycle will be awsome. with keepable muscle. good luck bro and always remember diet pct.
