danabol ds, deca and sus
iv got hold of danabol ds tabs, heard they are the best, but ive been told to take deca and sus with this? is this a good thing to do? if so how shall i divide the intake..
20 years old, 10st 2lb, 5' 11", i started training over a month ago properly with a partner etc, got sum akhrikin dianabols, they were totally s**t! did nothing for me at all, i ate properly, had protien drinks, the whole lot, didnt even gain a pound, im sure those dbols were a fake. let me know what you think guys

Far as I know the Russian akhrikin D-bols have been out of production
for awhile and yes there are alot of fakes on the black market... Sounds
like you got some counterfit ones...
Legit Body Research Danabol's are about the best D-bol I've ever used...
As long as yours are legit you should be very pleased with the results...
You also didn't post your diet or training program which plays a big part
in things... You may think you're doing that part right, but you could be
missing some key parts that you need to make solid gains...

training...
im training atleast 4 times a week, diet wise i must admit i should do more to eat, but a hectic working day plays a big part. i drink protein supplements 2/3 times a day...is there advice you can give on specific foods? iv been told chicken, rice, lean meat, pasta etc, which i am eating any way?
i was also told that i shouldnt take roids for atleast another 2 years..what do u think to that advice mate? i dont really want to wait 2 years! im 10st now, want to get to atleast 12 stone and then come off the roids...and use normal supplements to keep as much gains as i can? any advice on that?

youv only been trainin for a month properly?you must train "properly"for at least two years to get yourself a nice muscle base to work from mate,then start the roids.10stone 5'11 you could seriously put 30lb on naturally in two years,no need for roids yet imo.

what if i started on a dbol only cycle? im too impatient to wait for 2 years...

dbol only will blow you up and then you will lose all of it after mate,you must run test with it,but im not goin to advise anythin if you have only been trainin for a month,seriously wait and do it later on,other people will advise the same thing.

well i was told use sus and deca with it...but a 2 year wait?? like i said im not even thinkin of using it for ages, just till i reach my goals...but u lot r the experienced lot so i need ur advice..

OK so you weigh 10 stones, so that equals 140lbs US weight
You mention you are consuming 2-3 protein drinks per day?
But what about real food? Protein drinks are a supplement and
are not intended to take the place of solid food in your diet
only to add to your daily protein and calorie intake...
What does the rest of your diet look like and what are the total
calories you are consuming each day?
From the sounds of it you must be a ectomorph body type and
will have to pay more attention to eating a higher calorie diet to
make the gains and progress you are looking for...
What are your stats?
How tall? How much did you weight when you started out lifting?
How long have you been working to acheive your goals?
How long did you train natural building a solid base before you decided
to use anabolics to help reach your goals?
Your goals are very attainable if you follow the right approach...
From the sounds of it you just started and expect to reach your goals
overnight... That's not how it works... You should concentrate on
training natural and learning what works with both your diet and training
first before adding anabolics to the mix, but you've already jumped to
using them... So now you need to work on fixing the rest of the peices
if you expect to make the kind of gains you're looking for...

thanks for your advice buff, but seriously, will it do me harm going on roids now? im not expecting over night gains, never have...

You're much better off building a natural base first... For example before
I ever ran a cycle I gained roughly a solid 50-60lbs before my first cycle
and I'm glad I did... It taught me how important the proper diet and the
correct way of training to grow is without anabolics, so after I did start
using anabolics I was much more prepared for what to do and what not
to do...
Personally I think you'd be amazed how much you can gain at your young
age without them if you work your ass off, but it sounds like you also have
your mind made up to use them, so if you do make sure you put even more
thought and effort into your training and especially your diet as they are
the real key to new muscle growth...
Anabolics are just the extra kick in the ass when everything else is right...
First thing is you need to figure out how many calories you are consuming
daily, I'm sure it's not even close to what you need to support and maintain
new muscle growth... Break down everything, your protein intake, carbs, fats
And then it'd be a good idea to list your workout routine for some advice too..
