Sustanon 250 & Anabolic Diet

I have been on this anabolic diet by DR.Mario Dipasquale. Its been good,high fat no carbs for 5 days and then loading on weekend. But now im gonna use SUS 250 and i was wondering if there could be any side effects,not just from sus but combined?And how do i cycle ,im 187 pounds and 6' 2". I only have sus. What would b reasonable Cycle without getting bitch tits and other stuff?Iv used it b4 but was scared to go the full cycle,used only 4-5 sus all up.
