i have a friend who has clomid and something called zma, he says tha zma is a test booster/anti-e, could he use that in place of nolvadex or does he need nolva and leave that zma stuff out?

You can use it in addition to Nolvadex but I wouldn't use it in place of it.

ZMA is just zinc, magnisium and B-6. I take it every night 1 hour B4 bed and it helps me sleep amazingly. It helps to release more test and hgh while you're sleeping. You can try and OC supp like 6-oxo as well or M-Anti Estrogen but nothing beats the real stuff like armidex, clomid etc

ye, i was just wondering i figured that, my friend is just very cheap and was hoping that he could use it, hes runnin a strict d-bol cycle (for reasons unknown...) so im jus tryin to help him keep as much gains as possible so im hopin hell get tha nolvadex
