fat loss/cycle
How much fat do I need to lose before I can start a cycle, can I use some cutters prior to bulking up, I'm 25 to 30 lbs over weight for my height (5"10"). Whats the best approach, any suggestions? Thanks

diet/cardio/training .... lose as much fat as u can naturally first ..... then consider AAS ... but they wont do much if ur diet/training/cardio arent in check

Click on the link to get your diet in order. Plus some A.M. cardio on empty stomach for 45-60 minutes, and your on your way. Throw in a ECA stack in a couple of weeks for a little extra boost if you want. good luck.
UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...

if you want to drop the bf and keep it off you might try loosing it without appetite suppressants and all the other stuff that messes with your metabolism. this way once the weight is gone you know you can keep it off through your diet and cardio.

you should try to get to around 10-12% first

i think it is all relative.
