They are a lot faster, though.
Look at the WSM, its all north-east Europe domination. Also the heavy weight classes in weight lifting and powerlifting is whiter than a KKK convention (usually).
Your friend is an exception.
Some blacks are good benchers, but seldom good deadlifters and squatters. Of course, I`m talking generally here and about world class standards. I`m sure you can find a lot of blacks who can squat and deadlift 600 pounds, just like you can find a lot of whites who nearly made it to the olympic 100 meter finals

i disagree.. strength per lb of body weight i say they are stronger and there is no doubt 100% they are more defined then us naturally. they look stronger even if they arent cause they are cut up naturally. from my own observation its mostly jamaicans i see that are lb per lb stronger than most white guys i ever knew. they have 26 inch waists no bf and bench double their body weight all day long.

Most of what you say is very true. One a world class level there are VERY FEW black people competing in strongman and powerlifting comps. White people (in particular people of German/Russian/Polish/etc. descent) seem to be able to achieve a level of strength in most powerlifting/WSM exercises that black people cannot. Blacks have been shown to have more explosive power through the tricep and chest which explains their great ability in boxing, however when it comes to the bench press this power only goes so far.

I have read a few studies that say black people (males and females) produce more testosterone than their counterparts from other races, which they suppose is the reason that black males have a higher risk of heart disease as well as prostate problems (cancer, etc.)

I would say that I know more naturally strong black people than white people however when anabolic steroid use is involved there generally seem to be little difference between ANY race. Anabolics are a great equalizer and I feel that is a good reason they should be legal. If black people really are producing more testosterone then they have an (almost unfair) advantage!

Because the blacks are adapted to a very hot enviroment they have little BF. Whites however needed extra "padding" due to hard winters with little food and for isolating the inner organs.
Like I said, maximum strength, superheavyweights, white power is the stuff, man *lol*. Pound for pound you might be right, but that doesn`t interest me. Thers only one strongest man in the world and you bet your ass he`s 300 lbs+ and white as a sheet

Also, people who are adapted to plains are usually slimmer while mountain and wood folks are heavier.
In general whites have wider hips than blacks. Slim hips + explosive muscle fibers = great black runners and boxers.

As a digression, there were some pakkis at my school who used prop and barely benched 100 lbs. Where the do they fit in *lol*

Most likely as white racial traits are prone to be recessive.
In Scandianvia the population was racially pure until the invasion started in the 70s. In Europe and in the US race mixing was frawned upon (and in some places illegal) up until pretty recent so there are still purebred whites a lot of places. We are a dying race though (litteraly).
