    What is your guys favorite brand of protein. I just ordered some of the optimum nutrition and was wondering if it was any good

    If you search in the supplement forum, there must be like 20 different threads about best tasting, cheapest, most effective proteins, etc.

    I think everyone should stop busting his balls, but blatantly putting in a supplement question in the forum in the future is a no no.

    Since it has not been moved, for a longer acting protein use problend 55(it mixes with a shaker real easy) and for a quick whey for post work out meal 'PWO' I will use most brands. The trick is to throw in dextrose and if not on cycle creatine(or on if you choose). PWO is the most important meal of the day and the dextrose will spike insulin to shuttle that whey(quick digesting) to get into the muscles.
