Winny the Joint killer!
Hey bro's.. Ive read MANY posts claiming that winny almost always does some harm to your body regarding ligaments, tendons, joints.. Is this always the case? If you keep the rep ranges high enough does this still occur? After proper rest, nutrition and multi vitamins including glu/chr what is the best precaution to take to avoid these injuries- any other good supp to prevent this? Im still getting over some shoulder problems and i do not want them coming back Must I keep my reps always high? Any suggestions. Please post! Thank you brothas
( the winny will be stacked with test E obviously)

BS, nothing will stop the joint pain winny will cause (if there is a pre-existing condition) - not even deca in large doses! Best bet is to keep the dose low about 30mg ED if joint pain is a problem for you.

the enanthate will keep the joints lubricated as it will pack alot of water around the joints, but still might experience joint aches. These pains went away for me a short time after i stopped.

Enanthate does not lube the joints. Just because you retain water, doesn't mean it lubes the joints!

I ran a low dose of deca partway through my course of winny and it was quite tolerable. Only joint pain I got, believe it or not, was my jaw.

Baron that joint pain in your jaw wasn't from winny... jk bro!

Many people take deca when they use winny to counteract its diuretic effects on the joints. If you were to use deca with it you'd still want to have test in the cycle as both compounds shut down endogenous test. In your situation you should be even more cautious due to your pre-existing condition. Large doses of glucosamine and hydrolized gelatin is never a bad idea when de****g with joint pain. Chondroiton and msm can't (or shouldn't) be taken quite as excessively as the previous two, but definetely should be part of the arsenal to strengthen the actual joint itself.
BTW- Labrada makes a supp that has all of the previous ingredients mentioned above, but unfortunately I can't think of the name.........Do a search on Labrada products and you'll find it. Good luck.
