If you hit a plateau on your training- try changing up your workout more often. Nothing like some muscle confusion to help get back on track. You gotta have the whole package - diet / cardio / solid training practices before considering aas. And like everybody says - lots of research.

thanks again, well i change my workout routine again, being doing a 12-15 rep set on one week and heavy loading set the next day of around 4-6 and it really worked me. so i will give this a few months as well. but i have already bought the test e, but will not use it and also the d bol, but i am little worried that the test will get old soon? what is the average life of test e. i might not even use it but if i do i might not take it for another 5 to 6 months.
i do want to do more research, i should have posted this stuff up first before i even bought it.
