Testing positive - athletes' excuses
Here's a pretty funny list of excuses athletes have used when they've tested positive for steroids . I think the best one was "these were for my mother-in-law"....

ya the pitcher that got caught today said he was on multi vitamins and protien shakes. What needs to happen is...they need to release the test results to the public so we can see what came up positive. Im pretty sure if the test positive for deca there is no way that can be a mistake. But they would have to be idiots to take deca anyways cause of detection times.

The truth is, some of them may have tested positive for over the counter supplements and are not lying (of course we wouldn't know this unless they release what they tested positive for). Steroids are not the only substances that are banned, I mean in NCAA play you really can't take anything but protein, creatine, and glutamine (plus flax, vitamins, ect.). Seriously, we aren't even allowed to take NO2. Although, the chances are that most of these people probably were on AAS, some of them may not have been.
