HELP!! Anti-Estrogens while cycling???
I am ordering my first cycle of AAS tomorrow. Im going with just a basic 250 MG Sus a week and then PCT with clomid. Wondering if it is essential to take an anit-estrogen like nolvadex while cycling?

250mg/wk. is too low of a dose, although being your first cycle you might get a little something out of it. Sustanon should be injected EOD to keep your levels fairly even, once a week injections increases the chances of sides. As for nolva I personally don't think it is essential. Sometimes I use it during a cycle sometimes I don't. It would be good to have some on hand incase gyno or retention starts to be a problem.

5'10" 190 huh.....IMO you'll need to up your dose to 500mg/wk. My theory is that every cycle that includes aromatistic homones needs an anti-e. Its better to prevent gyno than to treat it.

20% b.f., have you thought about doing a little cardio and restricting your cals to drop that down to 16 or 17%? And than start on gear. As far as dosage I would not go under 400mg and 500 might be better for your size. Plus why do beginners make it so difficult using this damn Sust. where you have to inject EOD. IMO you would be better off with test e, 2 injects a week, 400-500mg weekly. Anti e's I would use 10mg nolvadex daily and 0.5 arimidex . I hope you don't think this cycle is going to cause you to loose weight because it won't at all. That takes a diet and cardio. Good luck.....
