Guys Need Help Loss of Appetite
Guys I am on my 5th week of Test Eth 500mg weekly. Today since i woke up i have felt so tired and i have felt a loss of appetite throughout the day. Is it just lethargy with a loss of apepitie or am i getting test flu. Ive noticed my house being colder and our AC is pretty much broken. I couldnt even work out today cuz i felt so tired the whole day. I mean i would eat and feel better, but then it would come back again.
BTW i have been on Winny for like 5 days. 50mg ed

I felt same thing on Test Cyp, I would buckle down and keep eating like a horse if I was you. Now is not the time to get lax on the food intake. Week 5 and your stuff is or should be taking its effects soon and a depletion of food intake is sure to hamper results! Good luck to you!

I'm sure the heat and humidity are not helping either.

my bt? also im on a cutting cycle and cutting diet.. im eating low carb, high protein, low cal diet

im 6 foot 215 lbs. about 16 % BF. I take in 215 grams of protein a day. 72 grams of Carbs, Less than 1500 Cals a day.

couldnt find a thermometer.. im gonna up the protein. but lemme ask u sumthing? should i get a real strong dose of carbs after my workout in the morning. if so how much carbs on a cuttin diet?

Also, have a cheat meal on Sunday. It will give you a boost and it won't affect your cutting. You'll drop the water, from the cheat meal the next day.

Man at 6' and 215 lbs - you could eat 2000 cals a day easy and still burn fat!
Up your carbs and overall intake and I bet you feel better in a few days. 1500 is WAY to low for you and you'll be losing muscle. The key to fat loss is SLOW.
