Cutting food intake during cycle
Hey, ive been working out hard for about 4 years now and i started my first cycle of fina/prop eod about a month ago, during that time i switched my workouts form a powerlifting workout (low reps high weight long rest) to a bodybuilding workout (Low weight high reps Short rest) Also i decreased my food intake immensly in hopes of sheding a few pounds, im currently 230 was hopeing to cut down to about 210. The reason i went on this cycle was to be able to cut down and not lose strength, do you guys think that decreasing my food intake and changeing my workout will hinder any possible noticeable benefits? so far i have not noticed any strength gain but like i said i cant really tell because my workouts r so different. I also started running and doing more cardio, i gained 10lbs from the cycle and i have not been able to lose it even with changeing my diet.
-thanks for any replys
