Optimal Clen/T3/Diet
I just had a few questions, possibly just to reassure myself for those who have used clen and/or t3.
I'm running:
120mcg of clen ED for 10 weeks (benedryl every 3rd)
100mcg of T3 ED for 6 weeks (tapering using 5/40/55 formula)
My goal is to shed fat. I'm trying to become leaner around the midsection. I'm 6'4" 225lbs about 13% BF. All of my fat is in the abdomen area.
Along with cardio 3 times a week (45 mins @ 65% HR) I'm lifting 4-5 days.
I've been eating high protein to keep the T3 from becoming too catabolic.
Example day:
7:30am - 6 egg whites
10:00am - whey protein shake
12:30pm - 2 chicken breasts
4:00pm - 2 cans of tuna
6:00pm - workout
8:00pm - ?
9:00-10:00pm - 1 chicken breast + whey protein shake
A couple questions: 1.) What should I be eating directly after a workout. 2.) Does this regimen look alright for my goals to loose fat? I'm not sure if I'm taking in too many calories by trying to eat too much or what. 3.) Is 6 weeks @ 100mcg OK for T3?
If anyone could comment on their experiences and what has worked best for them to become leaner with clen/T3, I'd appreciate it.

1. right after workout i drink a protein shake mixed w dextrose. 50g protein, 100g carbs(from dextrose)
2. i would do the cardio 5 x week
3. by just briefly looking over your diet plan, i would up your intake a little bit, seems kind of low, head to the diet forum and post your ? about diet

thanks tony. that is a small day - i normally would have another chicken breast at night, and once a week a roast
I just wasn't sure on the caloric and protein intake based on what I know about T3 combined with the fact that I'm cutting - thanks for your response I'll try the diet forum too.
