need some advice on my 1st cycle
Im trying to get all the info i need to make a wise decision on my 1st cycle. Im 21, I weigh 165 lbs and am at about 6.5% BF. I want to add maybe 10-15 lbs of lean mass while gaining a more shredded look. I am considering a cycle of EQ and Win depot...any advice on dosage and duration?? Also wondering what to get for when my cycle ends??? THanks guys!!

you should really run some test with both those compounds mate as both will shut you down.

good first cycle is test-e at 500 mg/week, for 10-12 weeks...shoot 250mg every 3.5 days... are you familiar with nolva? you need clomid for your post cycle therapy ...head to the PCT forum and read up on how to run your PCT

Test prop and var might be the way to go. Its all in the diet though!

your 1st cycle all you really need mate is 500mg of test for 12 weeks,nolvadex taken at 10mg daily will reduce the water bloat.

study
You should do some more research before you do it. There are plenty of sample cycle's for the first timers you can look up. Try Test e and correct pct first and see how your body reacts and again study more first.

Yeah im reallyl looking to stay cutter and get even more cut...but 10-15 lbs of lean mass would be nice....and i am currently upping my calories to put on some more weight b4 i start.

im 5'9" a PT used the ELG machine with the electrodes on hand and foot. im sure its not 100% accurate but its ballpark. Im not saying that I want to get more ripped but I want to gain 10-15 lbs of hard lean mass while keeping my look.

Yo man Im not tryin to be an ass but really wait b4 u do a cycle. I am actually the same age as you and same height as you and got myself up above 200 lbs natrually, so can u. If you dont even want to get huge as ur end goal and you only want 15 lbs, you will easilly be able to do that with diet and hard training.

That seems to be the advice i get the most is to eat and eat and eat but im scared cuz i dont want to lose my look that i have now but i do know that i could probably double my calorie intake. Do i just do more cardio with the added cals or wat?

Might just have deal with putting on a little far...How strict is your diet right now? You might be one of those lucky ones that can eat a lot without putting on fat but still gaining mucle.

My daily diet usually consists of this...
Breakfast: 10 egg whites with sliced up turkey breast and FF cheese, slice of WW toast with PB
40 g protein shake
Lunch: Chicken breast/can of Tuna w/ weggie and a carb (rice, potatoe)
40g Protein shake
Dinner: Large spinach salad with chicken breat
40 g Protein shake.
Help me out!!

I would add acouple light snacks in there personally. It is better to spead it out into 6-8 meals a day with your protein shakes rather then three big meals. Always be eating. every 45min.
