numbness in hands....any ideas?
I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this experienced a sort of tingling/numbness in my hand, but mostly the 4 and 5 fingers (pinky/ring fingers). I can still lift on it, but it's noticable.
Went to the doc, got bloodwork, etc. He said it just sound like ulner nerve damage (he knows I'm on gear)
I'm 26, and this my last cycle (my 2nd) was 500 test cyp for 10 weeks, with d-bol for the first 4 weeks. good gains. kept about 10 lbs.
I'm wondering if there could be any cardiac issues?
thanks for any help

thanks for the reply, freakintraining. what did you do for it? did it just go away? do you think it's a bad idea to continue lifting on it?

Had thar problem years ago. Went to the doctor, and he told me that there is a nerve right beside your elboe that controls 3 of your fingers (pinky, ring, and middle finger). Mine got that way from working on an assembly line. Constantly pressing using your elbow. Changed jobs and the feeling came back in about three weeks.

IMO that may be an obstructed vein in your arms, also have this issue
specially in the morning when my body is cold but it goes away when I get
some heat by moving myself in my job, I guess the blood flowing stronger
will lead more oxygen to be transported to your hands which pretty much
will make that obstructed vein have smaller reflexions in your hands numbness
if I'm not wrong in this...I would tell you to see your doctor asking him to
check your arms veins just to ensure you won't have a complete vein
obstruction in the future. I hope you heal that out brother, best of luck
to you!

Possibly carpal tunnel syndrome? Do you do a great deal of "squeezing" action with your fingers day to day? (playing guitar, using hand tools, etc...) If so, it can be alleviated with good stretching exercises beforehand. See a chiropractor or acupuncture therapist.
I have it in both arms and it is usually most noticeable in the morning time (numbness in the fingers).
