How long do you stay "off" cycle
After you have your bloodwork done and when it comes back ok. How long do you stay off cycle? do you jump back on the sauce or give time on = time off?

say your on a 10 week cycle of test e then you do pct
so that's 15 week's all together.
so after you finish pct you have 15 week's untill you go back on the juice again
do you understand or do you want me to break it down further for you

I just finished my PCT after a 16weeker and I am busting to get back on! As a result I may consider using 10week cycles so I am not off for so long because I use time on = time off

If you blood enzymes come back positive, start back up. I think short cycles are best, just coming off a 24wks. Will be starting back up as soon as my blood is checked and comes back positive

i try and do time on/time off but i cheat and count the PCT time as being off too
12 week cycle 4 weeks pct
next cycle 8 weeks after pct
is it just me who does that?

I count pct as being off as well. Although I always get bloodwork before I hop back on.

really as long as your blood work is fine you can jump straight back on cycle
but i like to wait a bit longer

When you guys get your blood test done, what do you get tested for. Chlorestoral and liver values?

I also count PCT as off time, but I don't run super long cycles do to my competitions, so I gotta cram them in when I can.

Well, I think you guys may be missing the point. The reason you make the off time roughly equal to the time on is so that your system stabilizes and runs stable for a while... I think shortening it might be a bit crazy actually. I mean...
Time on = 2 x Time off is probably a good policy... unless you're running only mildly suppressive things like Var. But time on = time off is a pretty smart move...
