    Clen

    I've considered purchasing clen to speed up to process of losing fat & I'd like to know of your personal experiences with it (the pros and cons)

    I like clen and the sides dont bother me much...... you need to keep good cardio while on clen for best results...........

    Pros: helps to burn bodyfat when you have a sound diet & cardio plan.

    Cons: the usual jitteryness, feeling anxious, elevated heart rate, palpitations, etc.

    The headaches were quite bad for me but consuming more water helped.

    not to mention muscle cramps

    Pros: decreased bodyfat levels, increased strength levels, and easy to obtain.
    Cons: At higher doses: muscle cramps, jitters, and possibly hard on heart tissue.
