heating my gear good or bad!!!!!!

before i inject the gear i put it under hot running water for just 2 mins then i inject it!!! is this bad or its ok?????? i personaly find it great because i never feel pain the day after the inejction !!!!! i am taking sustinol and deca if i dont heat it up i stay 2-3 days can not move my shoudler properly with the pain i feel ! what do you think?????????

if it helps you then go for it. some people prefer to heat their gear in a syringe under warm water before injecting. I don't but some do.

I'ts ok to heat it....... works well when using a 25 gauge needle......

i find it great the sustinol dont give me pain this way when i heat it up!!!

Thats the exact reason i heat mine too 25g will make you work for it if it isnt heated..but heating before injecting does not harm only helps

i was afriad thatif i heated it up the steriods will nto remain good

I microwave some water then set the vial in the hot water while I prep the injection area and get the pin ready. It draws easier and pushes easier. Less pain too.
