Winny : Some days Inject - Others Drink - Does it matter
If somedays i shoot winny and other days if im sore or injecting is difficult due to work and other commitments i drink it, does it make a difference aslong as im geting my weekly intake on the same days

Not a big difference, though when injecting I feel comfortable with 100mg per day, but oral only 50mg per day...

hell with shooting winny the shit is to painfull. i would juat take it oral. there is no prof that injection has any better gains then oral.

Not so you would notice, I am thinking. I think if you drink it, though, you should probably split the dose.

some king of juice i like cranbery and winny in the am and right befor bed.

I just squirt it right into my mouth. I take it in the same syringe as my liquid ancilliaries... nolva, clen , whatever. It tastes horrible. So what? If I mix it in juice, it makes the juice taste horrible, too. I just drink it down and chase it with something.

It can be argued that it is MORE effective when taken orally. This is because the c17aa causes more IGF-1 release in the liver. Injecting is less harsh on the liver, but it is still c17aa. Injecting each day really sucks, not to mention needle and syringe expenses. Either way keep cycle under 4 or 5 weeks due to liver stress.
