What is the best comboination and doses of anti-estrogens (if gyno prone).

I have a small lump under my right nipple. Is it a problem if i take the best precautions. I want to eliminate the chances of getting gyno to nil. Hope this is possible without sacrifising all my gains.

i would wun letro at 1.5 a day and nolv at 20mg day with cycle. the for pct i would only run teh nolv at 40mg day
