    Gyno !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Everyone talks about gettin it. Does anyone have pictures of it or a site where i can go adn see it. I want to know what it really is. I see big chubby/fat guys with man boobs. Is that somewhat gyno or fat ? i see some bodybuilders with little man boobs but it looks like it they would loose 10-15 lbs it would be gone. If anyone can help please do so. Thanks !

    Go to google images and do a search on "gynecomastia ".

    Like myself you can have a very low bodyfat % but seem to have extra tissue and gland in the pectoral regions..... and it sucks... big time!

    But i plan to get it surgical sorted.

    those can be extreme cases. Gyno that occurs from cycles can be much less pronounced. This is more advanced stages of it.

    If anyone of the dudes from the pictures would juice really hard do tons of chest work out anf proper PCT. Would it make it better ?

    you have to build your chect muscle and lower bf% and that does not mean it is gone
