Wat do u think of this PCT?

I am goin to start test cyp at 400mg a week. I a lot of people sayin it's a low dose but it is my first cyle. Goin to inject twice a week maybe once a week just to get the shot over with.

For my pct i was think of Clomid at 300mg for the 1st day then 100mg for 8-10days then 50mg after for prob another week. Goin to take evista for the anti-estrogen or nolvadex and plannng on takein 10mg of nolva at the beg and then 20mg during the pct.

Also how long should i take nolva durin the pct? should i stop takin it after im done with clomid or cont a couple weeks afta?

First you have to inject Test Cyp @ least twice a week(ex. Mon and Thur) run it for 12 weeks, you can run it @ 500mg/wk. Nolva 10mg/ED durring cycle. In PCT run clomid as you stated, but run nolva throughout PCT @ 20mg/ED

Cyp at 400mg a week was my first cycle.......... I injected it twice a week and made great gains from it.

Run the nolva at 20mg through the cycle and PCT, for the clomid run it at 100mg for 30 days.

I got some 23g 1+1/2 needles. JUst wondering how bad does it hurt to inject in the glute?

doesnt hurt me @ all bro.Glutes are my fav. Just make sure you get that pin into the muscle, aspirate , and go for it.
