Abs Cramping
I'm in my 7th week of Test E & Deca .
Tonight after my abs workout I bent over to pick up a plate and my abs cramped up. It was only on the right side. I immediately had to sit down, it hurt like a mofo. The cramp lasted about 2 minutes. I was rubbing it and holding my stomach with a pained look on my face and a few people were giving me funny looks. The good news is that I got one heck of a ab workout on the right side. It is still sore.
The last time I had this it was caused by a hefty dose of anavar . Since then I have been using taurine and electrolytes in the form of a water soluable powder called "Emergen-C." I drink within a few ounces (plus or minus) of a gallon of water a day.
Any suggestions as to why I'm getting this and how to combat the cramps?

Are you sure its a cramp or is it your liver?

i get cramps while running tes-e all the time in my lats and abbs. They will last anywhere from 2-10 mins. I few times i wanted to shoot myslef in the head. It got bad enough that i went to the doc and told him everything i was taking and he recomended Centrum. Now i added that to my 50 pills i take a day. But i ran tes-e about 4 month ago and it happend again. But not as bad this time. the Centrum must have helped it. Cause it was no where near as bad as it had been before. JMO.

I ask this b/c your liver is located on your right side, underneath your rib cage

Thanks deuce, never had a lat cramp, sounds nasty. Never had a 10 minute cramp either, sounds really nasty. I do take a multi-vit ED.
So you think it is the Test E eh?

ok ok, then treat it as it is, just a cramp. Although the exact cause of muscle cramps is unknown ,some researchers believe inadequate stretching and muscle fatigue leads to abnormalities in mechanisms that control muscle contraction. Other factors may also be involved, including exercising or working in intense heat, dehydration and depletion of salt and minerals (electrolytes).

bro dont freak its not appendicitis. it happens to me during a set or right after one.it just your muscles cramping up from being stressed.but the good thing is your getting a good workout.I know its a bitch for a few mins but its part of working so stop bieng a puss tak your minerals or eat a couple of bananas a day and youll be cool.Another thing when hitting abs try to make sure that at the end of the ab contraction make sure youve breathed all the air out of your lungs and try to think of your abs as a wet rag that your ringing the shit out of squeeze em at the end. blowing all the air out is how u get your lower abs to show...........
