    ancillaries

reading now for months about fighting on cycle estrogen and prolactin release.
so for my prop/tren /winnie cycle coming up, 0.5 arimidex EOD (or ED) and B6 200mg ED should be good then? I have pondered about not using the Adex, but I'm thinking better safe than sorry.

some prefer letro or ldex. I have a lot of ldex and lnolva so that's what I use; .25mgldex and 10mg nolva on cycle, and up the nolva to 20mg PCT.

    You've done your research bro

    Arimidex @ 0.5mg ED
    Vitamin B6 @ 200mg ED

    Looks good to me

    thanks bro.
So Adex ED or is EOD fine? Some say no Adex unless you need it (I'd rather side with caution personally) would do you think here?

    I'd go for 0.5mg ED

It'll stop your prop from aromatising

    Less Estrogen means less bloat

No aromatisation means more Test in your system

More Test means more muscle building

I'm with you prevention is better than a cure
