can you take vitamin b5 and antibiotics at the same time?
also anyone has anyone done tanning and antibiotics at the same time without getting any skin side effects such as redness and rashes?
Imn used to sunbeds. will this reduce chance of side effects

Yeah you can use the sunbeads depending on what antibitics you are on if its minocycline you will be fine

you can take b5 on antibiotics (i did) just make sure you take the full 10 grams or you will waste time and money

just rember using the sunbeds does not help acne just hides it and if you have hyperpigmentation(red,purple,dark marks) left from old acne the sunbeds will make them take twice as long to fade

minocycline ive been told by a doctor shouldnt be mixed with tanning

yeah but most will be ok just don't take the piss as on minocycline you can burn a little easier thats all,if you go in the sun thats when you must be carefull.
