Food and time to make it?
This more just curioustiy...
If your like the average Joe, then most people would have the regular 9-5 job. With us eating like every 2 hours and shit you just cant run home and make it. Do you guys make your meals the night before for the whole day or how do you
do it?
I have the luxury of working from home so i dont ahve to worry about that. But i'm curious on how you hard core guys work around that??

Plan ahead. I cook the night before and carry a HUGE icebox to work. It's a pain but it's worth it in the end. On top of that I come back home and cook dinner too ( two more meals).

Im a manager at a restaraunt.. Works out great for me. I also take a can of tuna to work with me and two protein shakes. I consume 30 to 40 grams of protein about every 3 hours. Been growing like a mother .

Cook all my foods the night before and bring a mini cooler to work.
