Benadryl with ECA ?

Does benadryl really work in cleaning your receptors while on ECA stack ? I've done the ECA stack for three weeks and on my third week i took 25mg of benadryl before bed, for a week, i havent noticed any changes, and the ECA seems to continue waring off each time, would it be wise to perhaps take a week off ?

Benadryl works with clen . I don't know about ECA but I'll bump this question for U.

I thought benny was good for clearing all receptor sites? I'm still learning about that....

since ephedrine targets beta-2 recpetors it sounds like a good idea..couldnt hurt just follow the same protocol used for clen

adding 50-100mg every3rd week for that week b4 bed

how long are you planning to run the eca?

So Far i've been runnin the stack for 3 weeks this will be my fourth, took benadryl before bed last week, i am not too sure as to how long i'm supposed to continue with this stack, why is their a set time as to how long you can take it ?

You can run ECA for a couple of months if you like, no probs. Watch for dehydration, heat exhaustion or heatstroke, etc. This, as well as clen , is better to run in the cooler months, especially if you do hard physical labor in a hot environment.
