pinched nerve

my doc told me just to wait it out and it would go away..... well its been almost a year... does anyone know how to help this probmem... its in my right quad... and hurts like hell whenever doing any leg squats/presses..... it occured by injecting in my leg.....

You may have piriformis tightness.
Do you do stretch?

get a deep muscle massage therapist, he will know more than your doc, and if he's good he may be able to knock it out in no time flat.....

I had a pinched nerve in High School from palying football. It was in my neck, went all the way down my arm and my left thumb was numb for months..... I got a therapist who did a lot of massage on my neck and it made a world of difference, other than that it just takes time. The more you strain it, the longer it will take to heal; you can even have lifelong damage done if you dont take care of it right.
