help design this
I found this website that lets you decide what exactly you want to put in your protein, creatine etc. I need some of you to help me decide which percentage (totalling 100%) of the following ingredients I should put into it to create a really good meal replacement/PWO shake. Im trying to gain lean muscle with as little fat as necessary. So how much (%) of each and which ones should i get? Thanks you guys/chicks.

I wouldn't have a clue what to order. I usually just buy whatever is on sale.

Maltodextrin??? Can't you get a more complex carb?

I just get the cheapest whey I can find online. That, and plenty of nice thick slabs of fresh tuna (never canned... yuck!) and beef and chicken and shrimp and turkey and lamb and rabbit and pork along with a tiny bit of oats or bread or the odd pizza or wild rice, and some nice fresh veggies sauteed in olive oil or bacon fat, seems to do me just fine.
Oh, and Ben and Jerry's, on cheat day!
