    Sports Nutrition

    I am from NJ. I was just woundering if anyone here knows of a good sprots NUTRITIONs that I can go to for a good diet plan. I have been working out for 4 years and I am not happy with the rusules, So I want to see what I am doing wrong. I live in the Summerset Co. Thanks

    I know a personal trainer/nutritionist who will either help you on-line or in person if you want.. let me know. He's awesome, known him for 11 years, you can tell he knows what he's talking about when you see him. He's helped me over the years with my diet and routine. He lives about 10 minutes from Somerville so he definitely works in the area.
