DBol as a first stack
I am 24 years old, 5'8" 170lbs and appx. 10% BF. I have strong work out habits and a very strict diet. I am considering DBol as a first stack (4 weeks). What is recommended to stack with it to hold the gains? My short term goal is to be 185lbs and 7-8% BF.

u shouldnt be using juice at 170 pounds, u can get to 190-200 naturally

dbol 30mg/day for 4 weeks stacked with Test e for 10-12weeks at 500mg/week

if you must do it go with d-bol30-40 a day for 4 wks test is a must with anything so do test 500 a week for 10 -12 weeks.

i kno a lot of people who have an easy time getting to 190 that are under 5'10, and a lot of guys that wonder why they dont, but its usually diet, u might htink u have a good diet until u actually break it down and realize its no where near what u need to grow

leave the dbol mate if this is your 1st cycle i would run 500mg of test weekly 10-12 weeks,have anti's to hand and your pct ready before you start anything.

Thanks Justin, when I first started lifting a few years ago I noticed pretty quick gains. But lately I have seem to level off and it has been very difficult to get beyond where I am at. I eat roughly 2800 + calories per day. At this point I would like to see how 1 stack would effect me.
With the 500mg/week stack of test is it a 70mg dose per day? When does the 10-12 week stack begin? While I am on the DBol or immediately after?

My diet consists of 30% protein (225g) 40% carbs (300g) and 30% fats (100g). I almost always eat 2800 calories worth. Most of the time I am closer to 3000.

if you're working out that hard... you won't be seeing gains because you're caloric intake is too low. You should be taking in 4500 calories a day if you want to gain 15 lbs. I'm surprised you're not losing weight only taking in 2800.

i would up your calories first and see what kind of gains you get before hitting gear. Try this

4500 seems like quite a bit for my frame. But maybe that is where I am going wrong. I am just worried that if I eat much more than I am now, the extra calories will be converted to fat. I know fat gain is inevitable, but 4500 seems like a lot.
Would you recommend raising my caloric intake in combonation with a 10-12 week stack of Test-e? Are there any good posts on Test-e? I cannot seem to find any.Last edited by Yo_Rippity_Smalls; 08-17-2005 at 02:00 PM.

according to the formula on the website, my daily calorie needs (at the extra active rate) are 2154.8. Which means at a 3000 calorie diet, I am taking in an extra 845.2 calories per day. I should be gaining 1.7lbs per week by that formula.
At 4500 calories, I would be gaining 4.7lbs per week. I am not sure if that would be too safe (atleast for someone of my size).

SMALLS - Dbol/ test E is a good first cycle IMO
just remember you have to eat like a horse to make the desired gains
i was eating around 5,000 calories
