what do you take for the gym for Energy?
Caffeine, ephedra, red bull? non ephedra products? or do you just hit the gym without anything at all?

i drink three cups of black coffee before i hit the gym.......works for me

Water works for me. I will use caffeine if I am feeling really sluggish.

I always stop and pick up a Red Bull (sugar free) and pop a couple ephedrine in my mouth which is 50 mg before I lift.

Caffeine tabs work for a pre-workout boost. IMO, they beat ephedrine and clen .

I used to take the old Ripped Fuel when it had ephedra. I still have some ephedra based stuff left, but I rarely take it. If I need an extra boost I take two or three scoops of NO-Xplode. I always drink lots of water though because I get dehydrated easily - especially if I take any stimulants.

I think No-Explode works well, but made me go crazy!
Gave me some insane energy bursts, but i would tend to feel light headed and a little naseous. I stick with black coffee and carbs now.

ephedra works really well. i haven't used it so much lately... but back when i was playing basketball, it turned me into an animal, had TONS of extra energy. This thread reminds me of that feeling again... maybe I'll get some more
