i think your gains are best measured after ur pct, seeing ur body with no gear in it, and how it handles the extra weight. Defiently agree with strength increase, althought gains are mostly related to ur "size" increase.

i don't even think weight is an issue in a cycle say someone 5'5 and 6'5 it's going to be easy for the taller person to put on more weight.
i would go on the way you look but that's just me and i'am a short arse

on this site after cycle i give how much i weigh just b/c everyone else does, i dont really care how i look b/c well..i like to go by this quote
"we dont lift for looks around here, we lift for strength"
when i get on cycle im usually aiming at a strength goal, but tha extra weight is a plus

My whole cycle i haven't checked my weight,b/f,measurments...
The only way i know is by looking in the mirror.
The mirror doesn't lie

Ive got a couple friends who are just as strong benching 395 @ 21 natural. Good Genetics!!! Seems most people want to gear up to increase size not strength. Myself i like to stay inshape and feel good about myself. Size is good too much is bad-- my opinion
